本套流水線由泵站、暫存罐、多級(jí)過(guò)濾層、旋震過(guò)濾器、雙聯(lián)過(guò)濾器、待儲(chǔ)罐、CIP在線清洗器、管道及閥門等多個(gè)部件組成。采用多層網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu)組成的過(guò)濾系統(tǒng)和雙聯(lián)過(guò)濾器共七層結(jié)構(gòu)保證過(guò)濾的精準(zhǔn)度。

  過(guò)濾后的產(chǎn)品會(huì)進(jìn)入待儲(chǔ)罐內(nèi)進(jìn)行存儲(chǔ)，方便隨時(shí)調(diào)用。

  整套設(shè)備配備CIP在線清洗系統(tǒng)對(duì)罐體及管道進(jìn)行無(wú)拆卸清洗。暫存罐采用獨(dú)特的沉降分層結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行物料存儲(chǔ)?？梢酝ㄟ^(guò)出料閥放出干凈的物料，高密度的物料會(huì)經(jīng)由排污口排出罐體外，錐球體的罐體機(jī)構(gòu)保證了罐體內(nèi)無(wú)死角及物料殘留。物料在泵站的作用下進(jìn)入雙聯(lián)過(guò)濾裝置，裝置上設(shè)有兩個(gè)三通閥門，可以隨時(shí)不停機(jī)清洗任何一個(gè)過(guò)濾器內(nèi)的篩網(wǎng)，方便快捷。過(guò)濾器內(nèi)部所有部件均可拆卸，并有多種篩網(wǎng)可供選擇，滿足不同精度的過(guò)濾需求。整套流水線設(shè)有多個(gè)自由接口，可以方便快捷的連接巴氏殺菌罐，脫氣罐，冷藏罐，出料泵站等多種模塊。整套設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)合理，造型美觀大方。罐體采用啞光板制造，外觀光亮整潔。

  This assembly line is composed of pump station, temporary storage tank, multi-stage filter layer, rotary vibration filter, duplex filter, storage tank, CIP online cleaner, pipeline and valve, etc. The filtration system composed of multi-layer mesh structure and duplex filter have a total of seven layers to ensure the accuracy of filtration.

  The whole set of equipment is equipped with CIP online cleaning system to clean the tank and pipeline without disassembly. The temporary storage tank adopts a unique settling layered structure for material storage. Clean materials can be discharged through the discharge valve. High density materials will be discharged out of the tank through the drain outlet. The cone sphere tank mechanism ensures that there are no dead corners and material residues in the tank. Under the action of the pump station, the materials enter the duplex filtering device. The device is equipped with two three-way valves, which can clean the screen in any filter at any time without stopping the machine. It is convenient and fast. All parts inside the filter can be disassembled, and a variety of screens can be selected to meet the filtering requirements of different precision. The whole assembly line is equipped with multiple free interfaces, which can easily and quickly connect pasteurization tank, degassing tank, refrigeration tank, discharge pump station and other modules. The structure of the whole set of equipment is reasonably designed, and the appearance is beautiful and generous. The tank body is made of matte plate, with bright and clean appearance.
